TGA was created out of a desire to live life boldly, embrace the unknown, and inspire others to do the same. What began as a simple idea - documenting the journey of an average couple stepping beyond their comfort zone - has transformed into a global adventure.
Along the way, we’ve found a deep passion for shining a light on rescue efforts and conservation causes around the world. TGA is more than just travel; it’s about pursuing passions, exploring the world’s hidden corners, and showing that anyone can take the leap toward their dreams. Every story, experience, and destination we share serves as a reminder that life’s greatest moments come from daring to make "The Great Attempt."

December is one of my favorite months for a few reasons, yes it is both our birth months and the holidays, but it’s a time for reflection 😊
It is so easy to get caught up in what hasn’t worked out, or be so determined to make the future what you want that the past accomplishments can take a back seat...
Even for us as we have been at a bit of an uncertain season coming back to the US, we needed to take this time to look back at all the amazing memories that happened this year ☺️
The beautiful places we were blessed to see, the Apocalist items we were able to cross off, & the friends we reconnected with all over the world! 🗺️

⭐️ Visiting the Christmas markets in Germany were high on my apocalist so when we got the chance to cat sit for a whole month during the holidays last year we were SO excited! 😆

We're Rhett and Lynnae, the adventurous duo behind TGA ✨
A little about us: Rhett hails from the great state of Texas, while Lynnae is from a small town in Pennsylvania. We met in Hollywood, of all places, while studying the art of storytelling at a film program. From there, our journey began.
As a married couple with a shared love for travel and discovery, we left behind the ordinary to embrace a nomadic lifestyle, checking off bucket list destinations one by one.
Through TGA, we hope to encourage others to seek discomfort, chase their passions, and explore the beauty of the world, all while having a little fun along the way. With an authentic, down-to-earth approach, we aim to make adventure feel accessible to everyone!
